FAQ - What does Basic, Silver, Gold, and Platinum installer on the PROCard website mean?

Installers are rated by combination of  Noritz training and installation of Noritz heaters. After completing 1 training class they are considered Silver. After completing 3 unique training classes, they will be listed as Gold. After completing 3 or more unique classes and installing 25 or more units, they will be listed as Platinum.  As of 10/09/2014
